TwistedThis is book two in the Stonehaven academy series。 This book kept me on edge all the way to the end。 You will be screaming for the FMC in her triumphs and in her downfalls。 The ending is a great soft cliffhanger， that hints at just enough drama for book 3。

I really thought i had worked out the good and the bad guys in the first book but having read this book im finding out im completely wrong。 I literally have no clue who is a playing a game and who is genuine？？ Bryce is so hot and cold i cant keep up with him。 Pierce is just。。。。。。。。。。。。i have no words for what he is？ Apart from a sleazy guy。 Now Justin is a dark horse but i felt we got to see more of what he was about in this book。 On the other hand Wyatt i dont feel like we got to know much abou I really thought i had worked out the good and the bad guys in the first book but having read this book im finding out im completely wrong。 I literally have no clue who is a playing a game and who is genuine？？ Bryce is so hot and cold i cant keep up with him。 Pierce is just。。。。。。。。。。。。i have no words for what he is？ Apart from a sleazy guy。 Now Justin is a dark horse but i felt we got to see more of what he was about in this book。 On the other hand Wyatt i dont feel like we got to know much about him in either books and im dying too。 Twisted lies felt like a book of two halves for Astrid。 The first half was her navigating Stonehaven （Still） and finding her place there with everything thats going on。 The 2nd half and near the end it turned in her favor。 I loved that ending。 At least Astrid's part。 Charlotte's not so much but it was a cracking read though。 Im just loving this series so much 。。。more

Book 2 has Astrid finding her inner badass。 Has her thinking about her future and planning for it。 It was interesting watching the evolution of her relationships with the boys， her father， her friends Nova and Roni， and her sister。 Astrid is learning to play the game and Learning to be a rich girl。 And attempting to start taking what she wants。

Book two continues where book one left off so there is good continuity。 Astrid continues to move between the boys although it seems more focused on her relationship with Bryce and Justin in Twisted lies。 There is very little interaction with Wyatt and Pierce cements his position as a douche。Astrid decides to meet with her father and is invited to utilise his last name and have a position as his daughter within the household。The boys still continue to run the Pit club and keep Astrid at arms leng Book two continues where book one left off so there is good continuity。 Astrid continues to move between the boys although it seems more focused on her relationship with Bryce and Justin in Twisted lies。 There is very little interaction with Wyatt and Pierce cements his position as a douche。Astrid decides to meet with her father and is invited to utilise his last name and have a position as his daughter within the household。The boys still continue to run the Pit club and keep Astrid at arms length from having any input there。 In return， Astrid decides to start her own business venture without help from the four boys。I still can’t decide if Charlotte has a love or hate relationship with Astrid as they seem to be hot and cold throughout the book。We get to have a little bit of Nova in the last part of Twisted Lies and it’s nice to see Astrid picking back up with her old friendships。 。。。more

This one takes a few twists and turns。 While I’m not sure what direction I want it to take， and I’m ready for ALL the boys （except Douche Pierce） to step up and prove they are men and worthy of being in a harem， Astrid is the one person I can count on to bring it home。 When she makes an error， she course corrects。 This girl is owning it。 I have fallen in love with her as an FMC。 Truth be told， I’m pretty partial to Justin and his honest approach as well。 Now to see what happens with the rest of This one takes a few twists and turns。 While I’m not sure what direction I want it to take， and I’m ready for ALL the boys （except Douche Pierce） to step up and prove they are men and worthy of being in a harem， Astrid is the one person I can count on to bring it home。 When she makes an error， she course corrects。 This girl is owning it。 I have fallen in love with her as an FMC。 Truth be told， I’m pretty partial to Justin and his honest approach as well。 Now to see what happens with the rest of these kids。 Maybe there is still time to show they’ve got what it takes… 。。。more
